Sales Microsite is an early test run by Hidden Cove Ventures LLC.
What we store for reps
- Your name, email, company, logo URL, brand color and booking link
- The text of each page you publish
- A record of each draft: your email and the time, used to enforce the daily limit
Your call notes
We send your notes to Anthropic, our AI provider, to write the draft. We don't save them in our database. Your published page keeps only the text you approved.
What we store about page views
For each view we store the time, which page was viewed and a rough device type: mobile, tablet or desktop. We don't store IP addresses or full browser details.
Opening a stats link puts a small cookie in that browser so the rep's own visits aren't counted. We use no other cookies.
Who can see a page
Anyone with a page's link can open it. Anyone with its private stats link can see its views and edit it. If a page has a logo, the browser loads it from the site hosting that logo, and that site can see the visitor's IP address.
Who handles the data
We use Cloudflare for hosting, Supabase for storage and Anthropic for drafting. We don't sell your data or use it for anyone else's marketing.
Deletion
Email legal@hiddencoveventures.com from the address you used, or include the page link, and we'll delete your pages, their view records and your draft records.
